Hi and welcome to our new website.

Whats new…  Well everything really.  In this site, we aim to be as informative as we can be.  We want to give hints and tips.  We are going to have a frequently asked questions page where you, the customer can go and check out perhaps an annoying problem you have, but have no idea of the next step.

Azz Industries is trying a fresh, brand new idea in a professional web site, where we aim to make it navigational easy.  User friendly, and informative in a way that you actually care to have a look.

Wayne (my trusty business partner) and i, will have a cnr page, where we will have our own section to fill you in on the after hours of our lives.  Just to prove we really are human, and do have lives outside of work hours– I promise you we really do–

Well… We aim for customer satisfaction, here, you will be able to post comments on how our service for you went.  Were you happy or unhappy with our service?  What were the good points?  What could we do better? Remember we are all humans (this includes us), and whilst somethings are out of our control, we will do what ever it takes to give you what you asked for.

Cant be bothered ringing?  Then dont, just use our online booking option.  Here you can book your preferred day, approx time, give us your details of the job (dont forget your address and contact details), you will receive confirmation of the sent request via email, and we will contact you further to confirm times if available.  We will then be able to discuss the details of your job to its fullest.  Do you want it quoted?  Tell us, and thats what we will do.

E-NEWS.. Yes thats right, further down the track we have full intentions of e-news.  If you find our stuff exciting and interesting, just subscribe to it, you can do that now.  We will send you a monthly newsletter, outlining any cool features, discounts, must do’s.  Might even let you in on the latest headaches of our industry.  Who knows, only you, the subscriber thats who.  We will NOT send you anything that you do not subscribe to.  NOW thats a promise!

We’ve even installed a search option, to help you navigate to that certain something, you know its here, but where is it?  Now i know of no one who actually uses this option, but surprise me and use it. Thats what its there for!!

So for now.. Sit back and watch our site transform into something cool.  Oh yeah, and if you need an electrician, call us!  Seriously Azz if you wouldn’t.

 

 

1 last thing.. a big shout out to Saul Edmonds of Roundhouse-av.tv,  he is the reason for our site.  It was his in depth knowledge of web design, that has had us confused and in over our heads.  However, it was also Saul’s patience and professionalism that got us there in the end.  cheers buddy.
